Kylee Newton of Newton & Pott  makes Jams & Chutneys, down in Hackney, the traditional way.
After years working for Wolfgang Tillmans, Kylee choose the path to preserving, rather than photographing, and London's tastebuds say thank you!
Using seasonal fruit, plus a few ethically sourced rareities from abroad, she then adds a little Anzac attitude and flair for flavour. 
Her Tamarillo Chutney is especially wonderful.
